I am 5 months pregnant. I am an avid gardener, cook and writer and am keenly aware of my carbon foot print. I was recently laid off and have had time to research and be completely overwhelmed by the data out there on how to birth, raise and nurture a child in natural, environmentally friendly, fulfilling way. Going green as it were is a maze of choices. There is cost, carbon and convenience to consider. I will attempt to share my experience and opinions on making my way through this labyrinth of choices in an amusing way!
